BAMF Power Return Policy

At BAMF Power, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Return Eligibility

• Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, BAMF Power will arrange for pickup or exchange at no cost to the customer.

• Non-Defective, Unopened Products: Items that are unopened and in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. Customers are responsible for shipping or delivery costs.

• Opened Products: If the product has been opened but is in working condition, a $100 restocking fee will apply upon return.

Return Window

• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

1. Contact BAMF Power customer support to request a return authorization.

2. For defective items, we will arrange pickup or exchange.

3. For non-defective returns, customers must arrange shipping at their own expense.

4. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.
